Your Contribution

As one of the Product Owners for our Point of Sale (POS) solution, you will own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring features deliver measurable impact. Acting as the product’s ambassador, you will align stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and empower agile teams to build solutions that transform the gastronomy industry. 

You will join a team that constantly improves our products in its existing markets (Netherlands, Germany, Spain, France and Italy) but at the same time is on the hunt to identify the next opportunity.

Menu of Responsibilities

This role is part of our Product Team, focusing on our POS solution for the HoReCa sector. You will be responsible for: 
  • Managing and owning part of our product roadmap: gather requirements, prioritize features, and keep stakeholders updated. 
  • Analysing and improving existing POS Userflows.
  • Defining scope and detailed backlog items (epics, features, user stories) to guide agile development teams. 
  • Driving data-driven decisions: measure product success,validate hypotheses, and optimize feature impact.
  • Being the advocate of our customer: Connect to and understand the pain and wishes of our customers to translate these into proper learnings for our products.
  • Communicating effectively across technical and non-technical groups to ensure transparency and progress.

Ingredients for Success

  • Proven experience in product management for SaaS or similar tech solutions.  
  • Very good stakeholder management and communication skills in complex environments.  
  • Familiarity with design thinkingcustomer-centric methodologies, prototypingUI principles & best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to drive decisions from metrics and insights.
  • Big bonus points by having experience with:
    • POS & Payment industry
    • Bookkeeping
    • Gastronomy
    • Fiscalisation
    • Android Ecosystem & Hardware
  • Openness to travel regularly to the headquarters located on the METRO Campus in Düsseldorf and to our location in Enschede, Netherlands.
  • Your English is fluent; German, French, Italian or Spanish is beneficial.

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 75k.
